This water is made from the underground flow of water which trickles forth from the Tokonami River through the Mikaguradake mountain’s lush beech forests. It is delicious soft water ideal for the production of Tanrei KARAKUCHI – the flavor pursued by Kirinzan Brewery.
In between indulging in sake, this water will refresh your mouth, creating perfect conditions to enjoy your next meal or drink. This water is also good as ‘softened water’ as drinking it between sake drinks will help prevent you from becoming over-indulged.
